Professor Peter Herrmann of CSU Human Rights Center, gave a presentation. Joe Finnerty (Social Policy Analyst, School of Applied Social Studies, University College Cork, Republic of Ireland), Ant\u00f3nio Duarte, (Professor of Faculty of Psychology, University of Lisbon, Portugal), Lethokawa George Mpedi (Vice Chancellor, University of Johannesburg, South Africa), Mehmet Okyayuz (Professor of Middle East Technical University, Turkey), Juan Li (Associate Professor and research fellow of CSU Human Rights Center) and Bet\u00fcl G\u00f6khan (research assistant at the Middle East Technical University, Turkey) participated in the seminar. Prof. Peter Herrmann focused on the theme of whether human rights are universal or particular, and mainly discussed human existence and human universality in the context of natural biological and social perspectives, as well as the connection between self-actualization, positive rights, and individual orientations. .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Prof. Peter Herrmann, human existence is a biological effect from the perspective of biological existentialism, but the determinants of human universality depend on historical, social, and psychological factors in addition to the established conditions that underlie or may exist in biological existence. Therefore, it should be analyzed in the context of social existence. In the social perspective, the production of everyday social life embodies human existence, and the ability to control living conditions embodies human rights. On the other hand, Professor Peter Herrmann argues that self-actualization, positive rights and individual orientation are interrelated. Self-actualization means seeing oneself as part of social existence. Human beings exist in social conditions and contexts that are determined by socio-economic, ecological and ideological factors, but they have the opportunity to overcome the given conditions and to develop them in various ways. Therefore, human rights cannot be defined simply as individual rights or freedom from pressures and demands, they are variable. Positive rights are associated with self-realization and imply that society must ensure certain conditions that make it possible for each individual to realize his or her potential. Individual orientation means that only persons and personalities can form an understanding of individual and interactive rights, i.e. individual rights without individual obligations are difficult to understand. Professor Peter Herrmann therefore believes that the articulation of an individual rights space in terms of an individual orientation can effectively help each person to claim his or her rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2021\u5e7410\u670810\u65e5\uff0cHRUG\u5b9a\u671f\u7814\u8ba8\u4f1a\u4e4b\u201c\u4eba\u6743\u7684\u666e\u904d\u6027\u4e0e\u7279\u6b8a\u6027\u201d\u4e3b\u9898\u4f1a\u8bae\u987a\u5229\u53ec\u5f00\u3002\u672c\u6b21\u4f1a\u8bae\u7531\u4e2d\u5357\u5927\u5b66\u4eba\u6743\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7814\u7a76\u5458Peter Herrmann\u6559\u6388\u8fdb\u884c\u6c47\u62a5\u3002\u7231\u5c14\u5170\u56fd\u7acb\u79d1\u514b\u5927\u5b66\u5e94\u7528\u793e\u4f1a\u7814\u7a76\u5b66\u9662\u653f\u7b56\u5206\u6790\u5bb6Joe Finnerty\u3001\u8461\u8404\u7259\u91cc\u65af\u672c\u5927\u5b66\u5fc3\u7406\u5b66\u9662Ant\u00f3nio Duarte\u6559\u6388\u3001\u5357\u975e\u7ea6\u7ff0\u5185\u65af\u5821\u5927\u5b66\u526f\u6821\u957f Lethokawa George Mpedi\u6559\u6388\u3001\u571f\u8033\u5176\u4e2d\u4e1c\u79d1\u6280\u5927\u5b66\u653f\u6cbb\u5b66Mehmet Okyayuz\u6559\u6388\u3001\u4e2d\u5357\u5927\u5b66\u4eba\u6743\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7814\u7a76\u5458\u9ece\u5a1f\u526f\u6559\u6388\u4ee5\u53ca\u571f\u8033\u5176\u4e2d\u4e1c\u79d1\u6280\u5927\u5b66\u7814\u7a76\u52a9\u7406Bet\u00fcl G\u00f6khan\u53c2\u52a0\u4f1a\u8bae\u3002Peter Herrmann\u6559\u6388\u56f4\u7ed5\u4eba\u6743\u5177\u6709\u666e\u904d\u6027\u8fd8\u662f\u7279\u6b8a\u6027\u7684\u4e3b\u9898\u5f00\u5c55\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u8ba8\u8bba\u4e86\u81ea\u7136\u751f\u7269\u5b66\u4e0e\u793e\u4f1a\u89c6\u89d2\u4e0b\u7684\u4eba\u7c7b\u5b58\u5728\u4e0e\u4eba\u7c7b\u7684\u666e\u904d\u6027\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u81ea\u6211\u5b9e\u73b0\u3001\u79ef\u6781\u6743\u5229\u548c\u4e2a\u4eba\u53d6\u5411\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u8054\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Peter Herrmann\u6559\u6388\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u4ece\u751f\u7269\u5b66\u5b58\u5728\u8bba\u7684\u89d2\u5ea6\u770b\uff0c\u4eba\u7c7b\u5b58\u5728\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u751f\u7269\u6548\u5e94\uff0c\u4f46\u4eba\u7c7b\u666e\u904d\u6027\u7684\u51b3\u5b9a\u56e0\u7d20\u9664\u751f\u7269\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u6216\u53ef\u80fd\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u65e2\u5b9a\u6761\u4ef6\u5916\uff0c\u8fd8\u53d6\u51b3\u4e8e\u5386\u53f2\u3001\u793e\u4f1a\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u5fc3\u7406\u56e0\u7d20\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5e94\u5f53\u7ed3\u5408\u793e\u4f1a\u5b58\u5728\u8fdb\u884c\u5206\u6790\u3002\u5728\u793e\u4f1a\u89c6\u89d2\u4e0b\uff0c\u65e5\u5e38\u793e\u4f1a\u751f\u6d3b\u751f\u4ea7\u4f53\u73b0\u4e86\u4eba\u7c7b\u7684\u5b58\u5728\uff0c\u5bf9\u751f\u6d3b\u6761\u4ef6\u7684\u63a7\u5236\u80fd\u529b\u4f53\u73b0\u4e86\u4eba\u7684\u6743\u5229\u3002\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0cPeter Herrmann\u6559\u6388\u8ba4\u4e3a\u81ea\u6211\u5b9e\u73b0\u3001\u79ef\u6781\u6743\u5229\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e2a\u4eba\u53d6\u5411\u4e4b\u95f4\u662f\u76f8\u4e92\u8054\u7cfb\u7684\u3002\u81ea\u6211\u5b9e\u73b0\u610f\u5473\u7740\u5c06\u81ea\u5df1\u89c6\u4e3a\u793e\u4f1a\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u3002\u4eba\u7c7b\u5b58\u5728\u4e8e\u793e\u4f1a\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0e\u793e\u4f1a\u80cc\u666f\u4e4b\u4e2d\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6761\u4ef6\u7531\u793e\u4f1a\u7ecf\u6d4e\u3001\u751f\u6001\u548c\u610f\u8bc6\u5f62\u6001\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u56e0\u7d20\u51b3\u5b9a\uff0c\u4f46\u4eba\u7c7b\u6709\u673a\u4f1a\u514b\u670d\u65e2\u5b9a\u6761\u4ef6\uff0c\u5e76\u4ee5\u5404\u79cd\u65b9\u5f0f\u5bf9\u5176\u8fdb\u884c\u53d1\u5c55\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u4eba\u6743\u4e0d\u80fd\u88ab\u7b80\u5355\u5b9a\u4e49\u4e3a\u4e2a\u4eba\u6743\u5229\u6216\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e0d\u53d7\u538b\u529b\u548c\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u7ea6\u675f\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u662f\u53ef\u53d8\u7684\u3002\u79ef\u6781\u6743\u5229\u4e0e\u81ea\u6211\u5b9e\u73b0\u76f8\u5173\uff0c\u610f\u5473\u7740\u793e\u4f1a\u5fc5\u987b\u786e\u4fdd\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u6761\u4ef6\uff0c\u4f7f\u6bcf\u4e2a\u4eba\u90fd\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u5b9e\u73b0\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u6f5c\u529b\u3002\u4e2a\u4eba\u53d6\u5411\u662f\u6307\u53ea\u6709\u4eba\u548c\u4eba\u683c\u624d\u80fd\u5f62\u6210\u5bf9\u4e2a\u4eba\u6743\u5229\u548c\u4e92\u52a8\u6743\u5229\u7684\u7406\u89e3\uff0c\u5373\u6ca1\u6709\u4e2a\u4eba\u4e49\u52a1\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u6743\u5229\u662f\u96be\u4ee5\u7406\u89e3\u7684\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0cPeter Herrmann\u6559\u6388\u8ba4\u4e3a\u4ee5\u4e2a\u4eba\u53d6\u5411\u9610\u660e\u4e2a\u4eba\u6743\u5229\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u6548\u5e2e\u52a9\u6bcf\u4e2a\u4eba\u4e3b\u5f20\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u6743\u5229\u3002<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Video Link: human rights &#8211; universalism and particularism &#8211; YouTube On October 10, 2021, HRUG&#8217;s regular seminar on &#8220;Universalism and Particularism of Human Rights&#8221; was held.
