In Labour Law in Ghana<\/em> LG Mpedi and TE Coleman\u00a0analyse the current statutory and regulatory framework of labour and employment relations in Ghana. The book critically assesses the primary thematic areas and topics in labour law such as individual labour law, collective labour law, the basic conditions of employment, employment protection, unfair and fair termination of employment agreements as provided for under the Labour Act No. 651 of 2003 and common law, the monitoring, adjudication and enforcement of labour rights in Ghana, issues of forced labour, occupational health and safety, forced labour, collective bargaining and compensation for disease and injuries sustained by workers in the course of their employment.
