- September 2021: In Berlin, Federal Republic or Germany, there is a debate – and referendum – on expropriation of large housing estate owners, targeting owners of 3000 and more units. These are for instance DEGEWO and VONOVA. The Blog on Matters Constitutional is running a podcast.series (in German language), that will surely be of interest also after September 26th, 2021, the date of the referendum. The – also interesting – introduction is available in English language.
- September 2021: Presentation by Peter Herrmann, proposing to approach the question of the tension between universalism and particularism not from the side of rights, but from a socio-economic understanding of human beings/human existence.
