The ongoing political public debate revolves around the question whether the decisions of a political party reflected during the congress of a political party can be retroactively annulled by a court decision. Put more directly the question is, if in Türkiye political legitimacy will be determined by voters, delegates, party members, and organised social opposition, or if court decisions become the constitutive authority of the political field?
